Refund & Return Policy

All sales are final. Due to the nature of raw hair products  including wigs, bundles, and related accessories,

we do not accept returns or exchanges. We strongly encourage all customers to review product details thoroughly before completing a purchase.

Pre-Purchase Inspection

Before ordering, please carefully review:

  • Texture: Each listing specifies the hair texture (e.g., straight, body wave, deep wave). Texture appearance may vary slightly depending on individual hair care and environmental conditions.
  • Length Tier: Lengths are measured in a stretched state. Please refer to our length guide for reference.
  • Origin: Hair origin (e.g., Vietnamese, Brazilian) is listed on each product page. If you have questions, contact us before purchasing.

What’s Included in Your Order

Each order is carefully packaged and includes the items listed on your order confirmation. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if anything is missing.

Shipping Damage & Incorrect Items

We stand behind the accuracy of every order we ship. If you receive a damaged item or an item that does not match your order, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To submit a claim, email hello@maisonhoneybeauty.com with the following:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item(s) received, including any visible damage or discrepancies
  • A photo of the outer packaging and shipping label
  • Your tracking number

Claims submitted after 48 hours or without the required evidence cannot be processed.

Resolution

Upon review and verification of your claim, we will offer one of the following resolutions at our discretion:

  • Replacement of the incorrect or damaged item
  • Store credit

Refunds to the original payment method are not available. No exceptions will be made for items that have been installed, altered, or worn.
